Online Tutor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Tutor to join our team in Faro. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing online educational support and guidance to students of various ages and backgrounds. Your role will involve creating lesson plans, conducting virtual classes, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in teaching or tutoring, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct virtual classes through video conferencing platforms
- Provide feedback and assess student progress on a regular basis
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and ideas
- Keep abreast of education trends and technologies to enhance teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching or tutoring (online experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Skype
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for virtual teaching

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faro, Portugal (remote position)
