Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Your job duties will include conducting site visits, developing project proposals, creating detailed drawings and plans, and overseeing the work of junior architects and other professionals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage projects from conception to completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget and timeline constraints

Salary: $1800/month

City: Washington (Preference for Egyptian or other foreign professionals)

Contract Type: Full-time (Contract)
