Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Washington. As a part of our dynamic and growing company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects and gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings for commercial projects
- Conduct research and gather necessary information for project development
- Collaborate with other team members and external consultants to ensure project success
- Attend client meetings and communicate design ideas effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
