Junior Construction Manager


We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or coursework in construction management is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
