Construction Manager - Khanpur, Pakistan


As a Construction Manager in Khanpur, Pakistan, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process of various projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create and implement project schedules and budget plans
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to the project plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate with clients about project updates and address any concerns they may have
- Manage a team of construction workers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and progress reports
- Resolve any problems or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi preferred)

Salary: $1300 per month without accommodation
