Construction Manager

We are a construction company based in Funchal seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, scheduling and overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A valid visa is required for this full-time position. Women are encouraged to apply. Salary is $1400 per month.
