Software Tester



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet our quality standards before release. This job is suitable for non-native English speakers as the main language used in our company is English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and create test plans
- Perform manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify and report bugs or issues using bug tracking systems
- Develop and maintain automated tests using relevant tools and frameworks
- Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvement to project stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB or other relevant certification in software testing
- Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience working with remote teams or distributed systems

Salary: 1600$ per month.
