Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Keep track of employee records and update databases accordingly
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office) with experience using office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1500$ per month
This is a part-time position without accommodation. Own visa is required.
