UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for designing impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
- Create wireframes and prototypes that illustrate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide design solutions
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements
- Develop design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UX design
- Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX projects
- Experience conducting user research, creating wireframes, and prototyping designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Salary: 1500$ per month (with accommodation)
Location: Al-Khor (Foreigners welcome, English speaking required)
