We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop located in the holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the heart of our shop, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, tools, and service areas
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Ensure quality control by monitoring product freshness and adhering to company recipes and standards
- Continuously expand knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and industry trends to provide an exceptional experience for customers

Requirements:
- Pakistani or African nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- No English proficiency required (basic English is a plus)
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry is not required but preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
