Junior Architectural Technologist

A leading architectural firm in Ufa is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior technologists and architects to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of design proposals, presentations, and project documents
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Participate in site visits and assist with measuring existing buildings
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Adhere to company standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an architectural firm or related industry. This position is suitable for men who possess a biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Salary will be reviewed based on performance after 6 months.
