Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Atlanta. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests while also maximizing profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Oversee the food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor and optimize sales and profits by implementing marketing strategies and cost control measures
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, guidance, and support to your team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other managers to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Atlanta (candidates from Nepal or other foreign countries are welcome)
