Part-Time Executive Chef
Location: Gujrat, India
The Part-Time Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our establishment on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus that are innovative and appealing to our customer base
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring they are of high quality and consistent with our brand standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure availability of necessary ingredients
- Implement proper food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes, promotions, and special events
Requirements:
- A passion for food and creativity in culinary techniques
- A degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary: The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
