Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction team, responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on our job site in Lisbon. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently operate loaders to move materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, and other construction materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader operator is required
- Must be able to work full time hours
- Ability to safely operate heavy machinery
- Must have valid work authorization or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move materials around the job site according to project needs
- Safely load and unload trucks with various materials
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Communicate effectively with other team members for efficient workflow
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
