Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of industrial buildings and structures. This includes collaborating with senior architects, engineers, and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will also be involved in preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and ensuring that projects comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing initial concepts for industrial projects
- Create detailed drawings using design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design proposals
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural feasibility of designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress
- Work with contractors during construction phase to resolve any design issues that may arise
