Land Surveyor - Dubai


As a Land Surveyor in Dubai, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant data. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting land surveys, using surveying equipment such as GPS, laser scanners, and total stations. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.

Salary: 1500$

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant information
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project specifications
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, measurements, and calculations
- Solve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the surveying process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, laser scanners, total stations, etc.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveys in Dubai
