Plasterboard Worker

As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard in various settings such as residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial sites. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit specific spaces, applying adhesives and screws to secure the boards, and smoothing the surface for painting or wallpapering. You will also be required to repair any damaged or cracked plasterboard, as well as remove and replace old or faulty boards. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will need to ensure that all boards are level and properly aligned. Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred, but not required. This is a physically demanding job that may require lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Basic math skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations. As this job may involve working on different sites, a valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position offers a salary of $1500 per month with the possibility of overtime pay. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
