Caregiver for Elderly Patients in Porto, Portugal

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide quality care for elderly patients in Porto. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to the patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor patient's physical and mental conditions and report any changes to the family or medical professionals
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the patients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe and clean environment for the patients

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a caregiver for elderly patients
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards elderly individuals
- Must be physically fit to lift/move patients if needed

Salary: $1700 per month without accommodation.
