Restaurant Manager (Malayalee Preferred)
We are a thriving restaurant in Ajman and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor food preparation methods to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests
- Proven track record of increasing sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ajman
