Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and budgeting. You will also be in charge of ensuring that our high standards for food quality and service are consistently met.
Your main duties will include recruiting, training, and supervising staff, creating work schedules, and managing payroll. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and controlling food and labor costs. As a key member of our management team, you will collaborate with other departments to develop effective marketing strategies and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of Indian cuisine and proficiency in English are also required.
