Electrician for Biometric Passport Processing Center in Al-Khor, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at the Biometric Passport Processing Center in Al-Khor, Egypt. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, and other power components in the passport processing center
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Inspect and test electrical equipment to identify any potential hazards or malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with electricity
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician or similar role
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to electrical work
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Good communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al-Khor, Egypt (accommodation may be provided for non-local candidates)

Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals but foreigners are also welcome to apply. No English language proficiency is required for this position. However, basic knowledge of English would be beneficial.
