We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk. This role is suitable for men with experience in operating heavy machinery, preferably in a construction or industrial setting. The ideal candidate should have a valid visa and be able to speak English at an intermediate level.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. You will work closely with the construction team to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery according to project specifications
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid visa to work in Izhevsk
- Fluent in English at an intermediate level
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
