Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting our senior designers in creating and developing innovative architectural designs for commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to create conceptual designs and develop detailed construction plans
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software programs to create 2D and 3D models
- Assist in producing presentation materials such as renderings, diagrams, and drawings
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and present design proposals
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software programs
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Familiarity with building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. Full-time employment may be offered based on performance.
