Housekeeping Supervisor - Indian Nationals with Free Visa and Accommodation in Balzers


We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance operations at our hotel in Balzers. As an Indian national, you will be provided with free accommodation and a visa to work in Balzers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to the hotel standards
- Train and motivate new employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests when needed
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Coordinate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, products, and health/safety regulations
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
