QA Engineer

Location: Khanpur, Pakistan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our software products and identifying any issues or bugs before they are released to the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position with the potential for a full-time role in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for software products
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Create and maintain test documentation
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues
- Stay up-to-date with new testing technologies and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200/month.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur, Pakistan. Candidates who are currently living in or willing to relocate to Khanpur will be given preference.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with the potential for a full-time role in the future.

Experience Required:
We require at least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer for this role. Candidates with more experience will be given preference.
