Information Security Analyst (Khanpur, Pakistan)


We are in search of an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our organization's data and information systems. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in information security and a deep understanding of current security threats and solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard our organization's data
- Perform regular audits of information systems to ensure compliance with security standards
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and investigate any potential security breaches
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement as needed
- Conduct training sessions for employees on best practices for information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security or related role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, antivirus software, encryption techniques, etc.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
