As a teamlead in Lisbon, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be working closely with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks, as well as providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of individuals to achieve project goals
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to support their professional development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate project updates and progress to upper management
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization as needed
- Identify any potential issues or risks and develop solutions to address them
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
