Waiter/Waitress


A popular restaurant in the vibrant city of Lisbon is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and beverages to guests following correct serving etiquette
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or requests
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Portugal (EU citizenship preferred)
