Barista - Coffee Shop Staff



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our customers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment to make espresso drinks
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure their satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
