Job Title: Software Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Tester to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test software applications for functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify, report, and track defects in a timely manner
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previously fixed defects do not reoccur
- Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, test reports, and defect logs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Proficient in manual testing techniques and tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: The salary for this position starts at 1200$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Karachi. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
