Administrator - Nizwa, Oman

As an Administrator in Nizwa, Oman, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing office activities, maintaining records and files, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain records and files
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
