Sales Manager - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Indian market. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying potential customers, promoting our products and services, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the Indian market and develop strategies to reach them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote our products and services through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media
- Collaborate with other team members to create sales plans and achieve targets
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutual benefits for both parties
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with Indian clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within India for client meetings

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. We provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
