A reputable construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing plaster surfaces in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience working with different types of plaster and be able to work independently on projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. We welcome Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English and have the necessary work visa. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience in the field, as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents
- Mix and apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or hand molding
- Create smooth and consistent finishes on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Plasterer or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with different types of plaster and their uses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
