We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Khanpur on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general building upkeep. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month and includes accommodation. While this job is suitable for men, we welcome all qualified applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing leaks
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace broken appliances or fixtures
- Install new hardware such as shelves, cabinets, or door handles
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Keep an inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are well-maintained
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
