Crane Operator



We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Medina. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and objects. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or training in crane operation, or for a fresh graduate looking to start their career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and control cranes according to safety regulations and instructions
- Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes to keep them in good working condition
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate load capacity for different lifts
- Follow proper rigging procedures for attaching loads to the crane hook
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including lift logs, maintenance reports, etc.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical training in crane operation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Valid crane operator certification (or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment)
- Strong understanding of crane safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
