Land Surveyor


We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Porto. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing reports and maps, and providing accurate data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be knowledgeable in the use of surveying equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topography
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data
- Use various surveying tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1100 per month without accommodation.
Location: Porto, Portugal.
