We are a construction company in Vilnius seeking an experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in plastering or carpentry and must be able to work with various tools and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using screws or nails
- Apply tape and joint compound to seal joints between plasterboards
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a smooth surface for painting or wallpapering
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces before installing plasterboards
- Follow safety precautions when working at heights or with power tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plastering or carpentry preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the trade
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
