Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives in Faro. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing company and make a significant impact on our business. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and forecasts
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products/services and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
