Indian Merchandiser in Sharjah


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans in line with company objectives
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize profits
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure consistency across all stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

This position offers a salary of 1100$, visa sponsorship, and is suitable for men who are fluent in English. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
