We are in search of a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a strong understanding of restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian professional with fluent English skills to take on a challenging role in Medina. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proven track record of increasing profits
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant

- Develop strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll expenses
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering necessary supplies as needed

- Monitor sales trends and adjust pricing or menu items accordingly
