Part-Time Construction Manager


We are a construction company based in the United States seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Create project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team and clients
- Manage project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality of materials used
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1400 per month.
