Hotel Maintenance Engineer
As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems within the hotel. This includes performing routine inspections, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of all equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Identify any maintenance issues and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs or replacements that may affect guest experience.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure their longevity.
- Keep records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues or concerns to the management team.
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments and guests.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
