Part-Time Caregiver for Elderly in Svalbard



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver for Elderly in Svalbard. As a caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to elderly individuals with daily living activities. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking for part-time work without experience as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Monitor medication intake and assist with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or on outings as needed
- Light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up

Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Must be legally eligible to work in Svalbard with visa sponsorship if necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have a caring and patient attitude towards elderly individuals
- Willingness to learn and follow care plans set by healthcare professionals

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for part-time hours.
