A well-established restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Create and maintain an outstanding customer experience
- Train, supervise and schedule staff to maintain high levels of service
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability
- Enforce health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective marketing strategies
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
