Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a driven and experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to construction documents
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control throughout the construction process

Salary: Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
