Barista Assistant


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista Assistant to join our team in Porto. As a Barista Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced baristas to ensure the highest quality coffee and service for our customers. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and serving various coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training new baristas as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and brewing methods is a plus
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
