Temporary Barista in Porto

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Barista to join our team in Porto. As a temporary employee, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as pastries and light snacks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a barista and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry or to supplement their income. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. As a Temporary Barista, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Preparing hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences
- Operating cash registers and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and following all health and safety regulations
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Suggesting new menu items based on customer preferences

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple orders at once
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be legally allowed to work in Porto
