Job Title: International Sales Manager

We are a global company seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team in Utena. As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market reach. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Plan and attend international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials
- Train and onboard new sales representatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of international markets and export regulations
