Sales Manager - Indian Market
Our company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Indian market. This role requires a highly-motivated individual with strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's revenue goals in India
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and train a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market, with a successful track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market, including cultural understanding and business practices
- Ability to travel within India for client meetings as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position based in Utena, so we prefer candidates who are already located there or willing to relocate.
