Adjuster - Contract Position for Indian Nationals in Nakuru



We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Adjuster to join our team in Nakuru on a contract basis. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and determining the extent of coverage for clients. You will need to have a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing insurance claims and conducting investigations to determine coverage
- Assessing damages and negotiating settlements with clients or their representatives
- Documenting all information related to claims, including photographs, statements, and reports
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and other relevant parties regarding claim status and updates
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims handled
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
